First off let me say I have owned 3 infiniti's. M45s, fx35 and our most recent purchase is a qx56. Dennis Min has been our salesperson and has been terrific. I paid cash for the m45 and leased the fx35 from infiniti financial services. With my most recent qx purchase we put over half down and financed the balance and used an auto debit program they were offering in September. I have a credit rating of close to 800 and work hard to maintain an excellent rating. We enrolled in autodebit with one of their credit unions. Totally f@#$%ed. It took them two months to get it right, paperwork never went from IFS to the credit union or vice versa and we started getting late payment statements. Within 30 days they reported to credit agency while we were purchasing a 1.2 million dollar home. PISSED. The saga is not over yet. Great vehicles, 2nd class follow up.
