I had a terrible experience with Barrier Audi. I called ahead to make an appointment to drive a new Audi. The receptionist tells me to ask for Chris when i get there. I was running early, so i went down 45 minutes early figuring it wouldnt be a problem, after all its a car dealership on a sunday afternoon. So i get down there and give the receptionist my name, and tells me that Chris is unavailable til 3. So i ask if another salesperson can help me, because from my standpoint, i dont care who helps me, and i dont know who chris is, and can have my needs taken care of by anyone. She tells me no, and that i am going to have to wait for him. Finally after a half hour, she comes out to tell me he is running behind and that i need to fill out some forms to drive the car, and i have to provide my license and proof of insurance. What? I test drive cars all the time, and have never had to provide insurance before, you dont even have to have insurance to rent a car, let alone test
